All parties understand that when renting HOOPZ, they are responsible for any damage to parts that were not damaged prior to drop-off. All parties understand they are responsible for any missing items listed below. Parties renting “HOOPZ LLC” must pay a fee for any missing or damaged items. Fees may range from $20 to $3500.
Parties signing this document understand that the owners of HOOPZ are not responsible for bodily harm or injury to any individual using or operating HOOPZ. Basketballs may bounce over HOOPZ into the street where cars may pass by. Parties signing understand that the owner of HOOPZ is not responsible for any property damage. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
NETTING/ROPE IS NOT TO BE CLIMBED ON! PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Parties signing understand that payments to the owner of HOOPZ for daily rental are non-refundable. If any malfunction occurs during the rental period, parties renting HOOPZ must contact (call/text) to notify the owner of the issue, and credit will be applied depending on the value of the issue.
